Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read all terms and conditions below.
1. Booking, Deposits & Quotes:
a. To secure a booking for bridal hair and makeup services, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $60 per person is required. b. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services outlined in the invoice.
c. Quotes are based on current market conditions and operational costs. To secure the quoted price, a deposit must be paid upon receipt of the invoice. If a deposit is not received, the quote is subject to change if prices increase. Once a deposit is secured, your quoted price remains unchanged, even if there is a subsequent price increase.
d. Quotes are valid for 28 days (1 month) and are subject to change after this time if a deposit has not been made.
2. Confirmation of Services:
a. The client agrees that the number of services confirmed in the invoice is final and must be paid for in full, regardless of any changes made after confirmation.
b. Any additional services requested after the invoice confirmation may be accommodated subject to availability and will incur extra charges.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: a. Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, the client may request to reschedule the appointment, this is subject to availability only and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment: a. The full payment for hair and makeup services is due two weeks before the wedding date.
b. Payments can be made via bank transfer (this information is on the invoice).
c. Any outstanding balances must be settled before the commencement of services.
5. Trial Services: a. Trial services are available upon request and will be charged separately from the bridal package. b. Payment for trial services is due on the day of the trial appointment.
6. Travel Fees: a. Travel fees apply and vary depending on location.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee: a. Any concerns or dissatisfaction should be communicated promptly during the appointment to allow for adjustments.
8. Liability: a. The artist shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages incurred by the client or any other individual as a result of the services provided. b. The client agrees to disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment. TJM BEAUTY BAR reserves the right to decline services if the risk is deemed too high.
9. Photography: Client confidentiality and privacy will be respected, and photographs will not be taken without explicit consent. (This may be in the form of a verbal contract).
10. Agreement Acceptance: By confirming a booking with the artist, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
11. Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the artist. Clients will be notified of any amendments in advance.
