A $60 per person deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is NON refundable and NON transferable. Please note that this means if a booking is made for multiple people and one or more people later cancel, their $60 booking fee is forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred towards the remaining balance of the booking.

If someone is able to take their place and use the allocated booking, their booking fee can be transferred to the replacement person.

Once a booking has been secured, cancelling an individual service does not reduce the remaining booking fees or allow the cancelled person's fee to be credited towards the balance of the remaining services. 

All quotes are based on current pricing at the time the quote is issued. Please note quotes are not locked in until the required deposit/booking fee has been paid. Pricing can be adjusted at any time, so to lock in the pricing on your quote it is important to pay the deposit as soon as possible. 

In the unfortunate event of needing to cancel your wedding or event, the deposit taken at the time of booking is NON refundable. 

Payment for weddings and events MUST be completed two weeks before the scheduled date. If the final invoice is not paid by the due date, the services may be cancelled unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Please note large groups will require additional makeup artists/hair stylists and must be booked by the client.

Numbers on the initial deposit invoice are final and must be paid for in full

Travel is charged at 90cents per kilometer round trip 

Deposits are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event TJM BEAUTY BAR has to cancel, all efforts will be made to secure an alternative artist. If no alternative is sought, the client is entitled to their deposit to be refunded.
